There’s no right age for Neutrogena Retinol, it has a ton of skin benefits for everyone. We reintroduced retinol through a playful, social-first conversation between Jenna Ortega and Jennifer Garner, inspired by their real on-screen relationship. The campaign positioned Jennifer as a trusted mentor, passing down skincare knowledge in a way that felt natural, approachable, and culturally relevant. By bridging generations through authenticity and trust, the work expanded the product’s appeal and brought new customers from multiple age groups into the Neutrogena Retinol franchise.
